The “Meticulous Mindset” reflects the ownership groups and vessels we produce, create, and operate. “Meticulous” is a well-thought, detailed, and ergonomic mindset executed with a Spirit of Excellence. We bring details to our vessels that collectively reflect our lake experiences and active lake lifestyles. We seek highly attentive, involved, and organized partners seeking to own and maintain a Meticulous Group asset. We conduct ownership Interviews and discuss ownership opportunities with prospective partners before assigning them to vessels. We also provide training and support to all of our fractional owners, as we only set all our vessels and owners up for success.

 

The Meticulous Group comprises Houseboat Captains, Investors, Carpenters, Safety Experts, Remodelers, and Managers who have individually owned and operated similar-sized vessels on Lake Powell. We are a collective of individuals who unite in the Spirit of Excellence over all our projects. Our vessels are meticulously vetted before purchase and then methodically outfitted and equipped to be safe and successful Multi-Owner Houseboats.
